Celebrate Tag – Jane’s Doodles

Jane's Doodle Banner

Happy New Year! I’ve made a Jane’s Doodle tag to bring in the new year using the Doodle Flowers and Birthday Wishes stamp set. You can find the post on the Jane’s Doodles blog here.

I used a chevron embossing folder on the tag to add some texture, then stamped and fussy cut the flowers and leaves which were coloured with Copics.

The sentiment was white heat embossed onto some black card stock and then I fussy cut it out.

From Our Home to Yours – Jane’s Doodles

Jane's Doodle Banner

It’s been a bit quiet on my bloggeroo lately. I haven’t been putting my feet up though, but rather rushing around like a headless chook! School is finally finished for the year – reports are written and have been sent home, classrooms packed up and all the end of school concerts and presentations done!  I’ve survived my kid’s birthday party and now I’m madly doing the last minute dash to be ready for Christmas. I’m almost there! But I’m tired.

Anyway, I have a card to share that was over on the Jane’s Doodle blog last week using the Winter Wishes and Mr and Mrs Claus stamp sets.

I am totally in love with one of Jane’s Doodles newest sets called Monster Squad. Those monsters are just so cute and always put a smile on my face – especially when googly eyes are added. Hello! Today we are having a release blog hop for Jane’s Doodles Stamps. You should have arrived from Vesna’s blog. If you get lost along the way, there is a blog hop order at the end of my post that should point you in the right direction.

Today we are showcasing a fun new stamp set called Unicorn.

unicorn

I’ve made two very CAS cards with this cute set. First up is a sparkly unicorn frolicking in the clouds. I created the clouds by making a mask from masking paper and sponging on Tumbled Glass distress ink.

And next up is a similar card but with some sparkly clouds and a rainbow.
