Today is the third and final Birthday Challenge #3 at AnnaBelle Stamps<\/a>. Today Patti<\/a> and I are hosting the challenge which we are very excited about. What is today’s birthday challenge?<\/p>\n

To make a card\/project that has 2 of something starting with B.<\/span><\/h2>\n

(eg: 2 blooms, 2 buttons, 2 bows, 2 bling etc). Why the letter B? Because it stands for Birthday…and 2 because AnnaBelle Stamps is turning 2! Yay.<\/p>\n

My inspiration for this card came from JayGee’s Nook Challenge #11<\/a> inspiration photo (where I was inspired by the yellow colour theme). I also loosely used the FTL#157 sketch<\/a>.<\/p>\n

So on my card I have two b<\/strong>looms and 2 b<\/strong>its of b<\/strong>ling. I wanted to have 2 b<\/strong>ows on the yellow twine down the bottom, but they just wouldn’t work for me – so as my hubby suggested, I have used 2 b<\/strong>its of thread – twice b<\/strong>ound (ha!).<\/p>\n

I very rarely use patterned paper…but I am proud to say that I cut into some for this card! I painted distress inks with water for the flowers. Piercing a border around the edge just framed it off nicely.<\/p>\n
