It uses the Hero Arts Silhouette Flower Cling stamp. I inked up some white cardstock with yellow ink and then stamped over the top with a blue ink (it is a reverse image stamp). I didn&#8217;t use all of the stamped image, but trimmed it up so that it was slightly smaller.
