Hi everyone,<\/p>\n

Welcome to another challenge at AnnaBelle Stamps<\/a>. This week is a colour challenge. It certainly got me thinking – and I enjoyed that! I made my own coloured background by inking up some card with 3 distress inks and then punching them out with a small heart punch. The time consuming bit was gluing them all down. The butterflies were stamped with BBD#6 and then I gave them a vellum set of wings over the top, as Julie Ebersole demonstrated on Day 6 of the Clean and Simple class. This is my card for the class gallery using a white background – I LOVE white space!<\/p>\n

The sentiment is from the Fanciful Flowers<\/a> set that has just been released. It doesn’t really show in the photo, but I spritzed the hearts with pearlised water to give them some shine.<\/p>\n

Now on a different note, this week is the very last Wee Memories Challenge<\/a>. I have really enjoyed playing along with this challenge over the last couple of months and I will miss it! I usually struggle with sketch challenges, but this one came together quite quickly (for me anyway!) I got the idea to use the gingham stamp on the hearts when I saw this card<\/a> by my fellow DT Jess<\/a>.<\/p>\n
