Today I am VERY excited as I am temping with the Girl Friday’s in the latest CAS-ual Friday’s Challenge<\/a>. I am very honoured to have won a Guest Designer spot!<\/p>\n

This week’s challenge is to create a card inspired by a movie – in honour of the Oscar’s this week. It is sponsored by Simon Says Stamp.<\/p>\n

I decided to create a card for my sister who has recently moved house. My card was inspired by the fabulous kid’s movie ‘Up’.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

I had a lot of fun making this card. I created a mask and sponged the clouds for a subtle background. The house is a digi stamp from the the Digi Stamp Boutique called New Home Collection<\/a>. I coloured scraps of card with different Distress Ink colours and then punched out the balloons and layered them with foam dimensionals. The sentiment is computer generated.<\/p>\n

I am entering this into the<\/strong> Punches Challenge in the Moxie Fab World<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\nCard: Regal Craft Card (white textured square), X-Press It Blending card
\nOther Supplies: Copic markers, DMC White floss, foam dimensionals, Mask-It, Small balloon punch, Glossy Accents (on the heart on the door)
