Today I have a card to share (and the first of a few) showcasing some of the new stamps and dies from <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.pennyblackinc.com\">Penny Black&#8217;s<\/a> latest release called Full Bloom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For today&#8217;s card I couldn&#8217;t go past these adorable sea dogs just hanging out in a boat. Too cute! I then created a mask, and made by own sunny background rays using some thin washi tape. I sponged on some Squeezed Lemonade and Fossilized Amber Distress oxide ink. I extended the waves under the boat and created another hand cut mask and sponged on some Salty Ocean and Peacock Feathers Distress oxide ink. I popped up the sun with some mounting tape.
