Good afternoon! I’m back sharing another card using products from the ‘Secret Garden’<\/em><\/strong> release by Penny Black<\/a>. Today’s card uses the Exquisite Envelopes<\/a> stamp set and the coordinating cut out die set<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I stamped several of the foliage images with VersaFine Onyx black ink onto some Strathmore Bristol smooth white card stock. Then I relaxed and chatted with some friends via Zoom, while I water coloured them with my Zig Clean colour real brush markers. Once they were dry, I dry cut them out and arranged them in the envelope. I love how the die set allowed you to cut a slit into the envelope so you tuck them in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sentiment is from the Million Thanks<\/a> stamp set – I love this sentiment set as it has lots of different sub-sentiments you can put with the larger font to create a more personalised greeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To add some very subtle interest to the background I sponged on some tone-on-tone dots using the Oscillations stencil<\/a>. To finish off the card, I added in some white gel pen details and popped up the envelope with some foam tape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
