Both cards are very similar, but I wanted the experiment and try this simple technique using different stamps and I got completely different results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"968\" src=\"https:\/\/mademarion.vagg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/MG_4997.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-33839\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mademarion.vagg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/MG_4997.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/mademarion.vagg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/MG_4997-300x242.jpg 300w, https:\/\/mademarion.vagg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/MG_4997-1024x826.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/mademarion.vagg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/MG_4997-768x620.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Both cards use the same colour combo of Distress Oxide Inks &#8211; Seedless Preserves, Worn Lipstick and Fossilized Amber. I think these colours look great together. I masked off the areas I wanted coloured with either washi tape or masking paper. I sponged on the Distress Ink fairly heavily. For the butterfly card I used the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.janesdoodles.com\/doodle-butterflies\/\">Doodle Butterflies<\/a> stamp set and stamped it all with VersaFine Onyx black ink.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"818\" src=\"https:\/\/mademarion.vagg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/MG_4980.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-33841\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mademarion.vagg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/MG_4980.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/mademarion.vagg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/MG_4980-300x205.jpg 300w, https:\/\/mademarion.vagg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/MG_4980-1024x698.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/mademarion.vagg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/MG_4980-768x524.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>For the second card I used the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.janesdoodles.com\/plumeria\/\">Plumeria<\/a> stamp set and the Hello sentiment is from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.janesdoodles.com\/cactus\/\">Cactus<\/a> stamp set. No colouring required, so it was a pretty easy and quick set of cards to make.
