Scrapbook Boutique August Colour Challenge #1

Here is my entry to the Scrapbook Boutique’s very first challenge – a colour challenge using the colours blue and yellow. Check out the competition here. It is a first for both of us actually as this is my first entry into a card competition as well :-).

Supplies: White cardstock, Hero Arts Blossoms Cling stamp set, Versa Colour Inks (Atlantic, Sky Blue and White), Bazzill Cardstock (dark blue), Copic markers, 3D foam dots, yellow ribbon, thick cardboard brackets (inked white), Pearl embellishments, Tuxedo Black Memento Ink (for flower and leaves), Kaisercraft “Friend” rubon.

I had fun making my own background with the two different shades of blue and the stamen stamp from the set and also making the flower have several dimensions (3 layers here).

Hope you like it!
