Vellum is the star

Another card for the  Online Card Class – His and Hers. I actually made this earlier in the week, but wasn’t quite sure if I liked it…

This was inspired by uber talented Cristina Kowalczyk and her vellum creations on Day 2. I never did get around to making a female version as I ran out of time – but I was thinking almost identical to this but with hearts and using shades of pink.

I actually had this blue and teal vellum in my stash (it must be at least 10 years old!). Vellum is not the easiest of materials to work with – especially concealing the adhesive! I find scattering elements on a card quite difficult – there certainly is an art to it.

Happy Birthday vellum
