Hello Friend – Jane’s Doodles
Happy Easter! I have a card over on the Jane’s Doodles blog at the moment. It uses the Under the Sea stamp set and the sentiment is from the Hello Friend stamp set. By the way, Jane is having a sale at the moment – 20% off all stamps. Shop here.
After stamping the fish in some waterproof ink, I water coloured the scene using my Kuretake water colour paints. I mixed in some of the white pearlised paint with the aqua paint, and it turned out beautifully. It has a nice lustre and shine to it.
Supplies
Card: Ranger Distress Water colour paper, X-Press It white blending card, Black card stock
Ink: VersaFine Onyx Black ink, Kuretake water colour paints
Other Supplies: Paintbrush, Cuttlebug, MFT Stitched rectangle Stax die, Hero Arts white embossing powder, Heat tool, Anti-static pillow, Foam dimensionals
