It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas…

Hello. It’s time for another month long challenge at AnnaBelle Stamps…. and it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas. Can you believe it?

I certainly can’t even get into Christmas mode as this week my family and I are moving, so I am up to my eyeballs in boxes and packing and to top it off I have a cold too! I will actually be taking a bit of a blogging break while we move – so things will be a little quiet here for a while. But the good news is that I hope to get a crafty space in our new house and not in the corner of our dining room!

Not your traditional Christmas colours, but I had fun experimenting. I white heat embossed the wreath ontoΒ  blue card stock, then water coloured the leaves with Distress markers and a watercolour brush.

  1. Marion, I hope the move goes well, it’s such a huge upheaval but well worth it… Especially if you’re getting a craftroom out of it!! :0) I love the contemporary colours, that wreath is beautiful…… You’ve inspired me to try colouring on a different coloured base card now :0)

    • Another fabulous card Marion! All the very best with the move it’s always so much fun…..

  2. Love your wreath – pops on the blue. Hope the move goes smoothly. I don’t envy you all the packing/unpacking at all!

  3. What a BEAUTIFUL card Marion – I LOVE the white embossing – looks so fresh and love how the red bows just pop against the other colours.

Best wishes for your move and hope that your cold goes away very quickly (you don’t need that on top of everything else!). I have moved a few times and it’s amazing how much stuff you accumulate without even realising!
