I decided to make a little Christmas scene – with snow and all. Very un-Australian…our Christmas’ are usually spent finding places to cool off! I wonder what a cold Christmas would be like? And snow – well I can count on one hand the number of times I have experienced snow – I think the novelty would wear off with me as I hate being cold. Give me a hot day, any day! But I am digressing…

I even used glitter! Another rarity for me. I think I wore glitter for the rest of the day 🙂

Happy Friday Peeps!

For this week’s Friday Feature at AnnaBelle Stamps, the Belles are showcasing Christmas Stamp sets. Go here to check them all out. Today I have used the Jewelled Tree stamp set.

Now a couple of weekends ago I did a little spot of shopping at the Brisbane craft show – and among quite a few purchases, I bought some Hero Arts shadow inks. So today I went to town using the colours Bubblegum, Green Hills and Pool.

And I also used my new Sakura Gelly Roll pen. I’m not usually a glitter girl, but I do like my new pen. A lot less mess! Hopefully you can see the glitter goodness a bit better in this photo.

Hello! Welcome back to another AnnaBelle Stamps challenge. We have another simple sketch for you.

All the Belles are using the Ornamental Christmas stamp set – but you don’t have to. I decided to use Prismacolors. I love the look of Prismacolor pencils on kraft and they go on like butter!

I also added some score lines along the bottom to fill up the empty space.

I am entering this into the Addicted to CAS #2 Challenge where the code word is Bauble.

Hello crafty people! Welcome back to another AnnaBelle Stamps colour challenge. This week we are saying it with Mint, Emerald and Rose (or the colours that you have that are the closest to them).

My green is a little more lime, than mint – but it was the best I could come up with. I tried really hard this week to work with a background colour other than white – so green it was. The Baubles are from the Decorated Christmas set (I also used these matching dies). The sentiment is from the Holly Branch set and the leaves are from the Garden Silhouettes set. I popped one of the baubles up on some foam for added interest and also added some white enamel accents.

This week at AnnaBelle Stamps we have a sketch challenge as we have come to the end of another month. Where is this year going?

Well even though I am on holidays at the moment, my mojo is somewhat lacking, as silly me decided to have a garage sale this Saturday!! Therefore in order to get some inspiration flowing through my veins, I decided to look through my archives and find some inspiration from a previous card. When I came across this Christmas tag I created last year…I decided to do a remodel and make it into a card. So glad I am taking the KickStart Online Class.
