Friday Feature at AnnaBelle Stamps

This month at AnnaBelle Stamps the Belles have been busy whipping up some projects using the Easter Chickadees Stamp set, which has matching dies as well. For more inspiration, head to the AnnaBelle blog.

To make my card, I traced around a heart die lightly in pencil and then I took the smallest stamp from the set and got to work stamping. I coloured in the flowers with Copic Markers and also die cut some of the same flower to pop up around the heart wreath for some added dimension. I used a flower punch (cut up) to create the leaves and the green dots were stamped with my scoring stylus. The sentiment is from the Love Birds stamp set.

Stamps: AnnaBelle Stamps Easter Chickadee stamp set, AnnaBelle Stamps Love Birds stamp set

Ink: Memento – London Fog, Hero Arts – Green Hills, Versamark ink

Card: AnnaBelle Stamps smooth white cardstock, Hero Arts layering papers – Daffodil, Punch

Other Supplies: AnnaBelle Stamps Easter Chickadee dies, Cuttlebug, Foam dimensionals, Stamp-a-ma-jig, AnnaBelle Stamps 3mm Icicle sprinkles, Glossy Accents (to adhere sprinkles), AnnaBelle Stamps white embossing powder, Heat tool, Scoring Stylus (to stamps green dots around wreath), Carl Craft flower punch – Sakura (cut up to create leaves)

AnnaBelle Stamps sneak peek

AnnaBelle Stamps is releasing some new stamps next week, so fellow DT member Kylie and I have created some projects to whet your appetite before the release.

Two hearts

To create the banner, I stamped onto some patterned paper in my new Luxe Memento ink (which I got for Christmas from my FAB SIL), and then clear embossed over the top. I love the shine and texture this technique creates and it also intensifies the ink colour.

Stamps: AnnaBelle Stamps Wedding Medallion Stamp Set (to be released next week), AnnaBelle Stamps BBD#9 Elegance Stamp set (to be released next week)

Ink: VersaFine – Smokey Gray, Luxe Memento Ink – Rose Bud

Card: AnnaBelle Stamps smooth white cardstock, Hero Arts notecards – Carnation

Other Supplies: Foam dimensionals, AnnaBelle Stamps clear embossing powder, heat tool, Creative Place – Make and Create 12×12 paper pad, Fiskars scallop edge punch, Rose ribbon (brand unknown), Glossy Accents (to adhere flower)

Be sure to check out Kylie’s blog for some more inspiration.

Until next time,
