Baby cards

Baby girls seem to be the flavour of the month in my world so I searched through my papers for some pretty pinks and this is what I came up with! The cute image is a digistamp from a set called Simply Baby Collection from the Digistamp Boutique. Cute digis with so many possibilities.

I am loving the simplicity of this first one – I printed the image and the sentiment straight onto the card and then a little paper pieced dress with some pearls and some scored lines – done!! The pink dotty paper is so beautiful – I bought it from my local craft shop but have no idea of the brand – it is an Australian made cotton paper – so soft and fun to play with!!

A close up of the paper piecing.

And the second one…I am not a huge  fan of this one, but I’ll post it anyway! I added some kindyglitz to make it sparkle!

I am entering both of these cards into the DigiStamp Boutique February competition.

  1. Love both of your cards Marion! My favourite would have to be the first one. I am a sucker for that CAS look and the embossed lines are such a nice touch.

  2. Hi Marion, what gorgeous cards. I really like the CAS layout on the first card but I love the second card too lol! Thanks for joining in the monthly competition over at DigiStamp Boutique. Hugs, Denise x
